about us
Hues Kafe is the first Indian café in Old Town Prague inspired by Bombay’s classic cafés. We serve global café dishes with Indian comfort flavors from breakfast plates and toasts to chaat, shawarmas and desserts, all made fresh daily with real ingredients and no deep frying. Alongside specialty coffee, chai, juices and herbal teas, it’s a warm space for locals and travelers that also hosts emerging artists. Founded in 2025 by an Indian designer Sameer Shaikh, Hues Kafe was built from scratch to offer light, honest food, a calm atmosphere and a place that feels like more than just a meal.
